Excellent shot Jasper Thats the problem with Shotties verses Airgun (watch it fly now) Both are perfect in given applications, but for a Hare, I reckon a single shot is far better than many little shots from a cartridge. Also saves breaking your teeth on the shrapnel lol Scuba does an amazing BBQ Hare :notworthy: Never tasted such a fine meat. Phantom

Simple ballistics/physics The higher power allows the pellet to go through, thus transferring little kinetic (shock) energy. The lower power wont go all the way through, hence it will transferre all the kinetic energy to the rodent, this will cause the rodents nervous system to go into shock and shut down much faster.
