I judged a show that you were at last year, least ways i think it was you. Not sure was it your wife as well with you, had some nice whippetts, and, I think, a small stamp of lurcher. There was a very nice lady doing the stewarding in the ring with me, she had never done it before, but did a sterling job. Pity the organisers hadnt stuck to the show schedule tho, there was people bringing dogs into the ring as it said on the schedule that class was next, only to be told that there was other classes in front, lovely venue, some real nice dogs, nice people, Tivvyside Hunt, potential for an outsta

Watched it mate, enjoyed it. As i have always found,what you see on a hunting day is only the very tip of the iceberg. There is so much work done behind the scenes it defies belief that people do it, but done it gets, all over the country, and long may it continue to be so. B

Trouble is with vedmeds direct and the others is, they might have metacam, rimadyl and all that stuff there for that price, but you need a vets prescription. They had an advert in the Basc magazine. -

i know what u mean but there is always the half crosses that throw to the racey side like this on of mine 23 1/2 tts 55 lb 12 month old Thats a lovely lurcher Ruby Jet, a credit to you, tip top condition, as you say, not all first crosses are heavy, most are fair enough, but not all of them. Had both sorts, but as has been stated, depends what your after, although nowadays, i'd go for the more athletic type, better suited to "multi tasking", jmho. B

I never go digging without my lurcher, it'd feel like being naked without one on a bury, very usefull dogs for all sorts of reasons. But all my dogs are shit so what the f*ck

The best mag for proper working dog men / women available today in my humble opinion. And yes, the above quote is bang on matey It'll be the best money you'll have spent for a long time DD, mag normally comes out ( well mine does anyway) about mid month. ATB B
