Dont know about running dawgs, but they could certainly do with some decent fuckers. Never done the job myself, but i'd expect more effort and enthusiasm from the crap i keep up the garden than they seem to accept from their dogs.

He Sounds a popular chap . If he likes conflict, then there plenty on here that will give it him if provoked, IF he does start any nonsense no doubt it will be dealt with by the MOD's, until then, welcome to the site and enjoy your stay ( even if it is a brief one lol) Regards B

Dont give him ibuprofen for fucks sake. Metacam and Rimadyl are anti inflamatory pain killers for dogs, only available (normally) from the vet, he should have given you some if it was needed. Ears are a particularly sensitive body part, so i expect he will be in some discomfort. try bathing it in a mild salty water solution, it may sooth it for him. I used to take tramadol myself mate, made me shit through a privet hedge without touching a leaf, dont give it to your dog ffs. Hope its of some help. Dont worry, if the dog has had antibiotics he'll be ok im sure. B

I'm with you on the Bill McClaren thing Swampy, I'll always remember him saying in one match, as a player, (a father to couple of rather decent players) came peeling off the back of a scrum, " And here comes Derek Quinnell off the back of the scrum, 18 stones on the hoof !!" What a legend Bill was, sorely missed for his spot on observations and way with words. Who will say for that frog half breed ref Rolland ?? f****n disgrace of a ref, no offence intended.lol Bill McClaren, a rugby legend and an outright gentleman. They dont make them like him no more.....John Inverdale.... not fit t

I still maintain Alain Roland should be sterilised, castrated, tarred and feathered then stoned . Not that I am bearing a grudge or anythin, the f****n b*****d half breed(No offence intended) Off to Poland for some more "preperation" like before the world cup, then game on. Dangers this year, England, because they have a MAJOR point to prove, have only one directional option open to them and have the quality of players to smash every one. Lets hope they play very well and lose against Wales. All the best to all for a brilliant, injury free tournament, let the games begin ( aprt from

For Sale GIVING TERRIER SIDE UP..GOT 1ADULT AND 3 PUPS TO GO
Bootsha replied to tallyboy's topic in Working Dogs & Livestock
I met you once at the Uplands show and had a bit of a chat with you, you probably dont remember but I do, you struck me as a genuine dog man , not a bullshitter. Given your circumstances and with your leg mate I can only take my hat off to you for making the decision to pack it in, it must have been a very hard decision to have to make after the length of time you've been at it. To put the welfare and happiness of your dogs first is commendable, your own feelings have obviously had to take second place, that is the mark of a proper dog man, the dogs come first. You have my respect -
Bought a bit of stuff off Len myself way back when, he never tucked me up, in fact, youd often find a little extra in the parcel, like some of those little blue worming tablets that he used to sell. "Make sure you dont keep your dog inside if you give him one" f*****g hell, like a flock of Starlings taking off when they did shit.

I remember whenI used to go down to the Vetch to watch them as a boy, in the North Bank, played Watford once I recall, Fight, you never seen anything like it outside the park afterwards, made the Totenham riots look like a W.I meeting, frightened the shit outta me as a young un. They played well back then, Toshak and co, got up to the top of the league, and very competitive, but it diddn't last, I think this outfit withNrendan Rodgers at the helm are a different proposition, good on them, it gives all the other smaller teams something to aspire to. Come on the JACKS :boogy: Well done to the whole team. Brill result. B

It may not be the cheapest option Ray, but by the looks of your dogs condition, it most certainly is the right option, they are a credit to you. B

I tend to agree with you on that one mate, although they were meant to be young inexperienced dogs. It was 90 degrees at 5 in the morning, imagine it !! , Bugger that. I enjoyed the programme though, nice change to have something like that on the telly, we had deadliest catch, ice road truckers / deadliest roads, Ice pilots, Alaskas toughest ( although that mounted in alaska is a good programme, the taxidermy one), when is the in depth biology analysis on Nigella Lawson gona start :icon_redface: , now THAT I would set my sky + for, and series link. Back to the thread, Ye
