Do you have to be white to be English then? yes, of course you do. In that case there is probably around 3 million English people living in England and half of them probably have a non white partner or child. A few more generations and there will probably be no "english" in England. I think Its a ridiculous statement to say you have to be white to be english! a bit racist too.
