Alot of the places round here get hammered and I know one fella shoots rabbits and just chucks alot of them. Them fields by grassy lane I've noticed the rabbits are very lampshy now. I've been meaning to get out over xmas to give the dog a run but with the hard ground and everything else I've only been mooching about.

What do you expect from QP I was lamping with the dog one night, only had 1 run and a spot light came sweeping the field from the sky I take It you have perm on clays then?

True but this shoot breeds all there own. I know they still need feed and the rest but It does cut down on costs when they put down 10's of K's of birds perhaps even into the 100K? If there doing 300 regular to even 450 bird days there must be a hell of alot of birds down and there Is. I know there's alot more labour doing that way, I've helped out mates who are the keeper and under keeper and I wouldn't want to be doing there job, especially for there wages.

They charge about 40 quid a bird where I go I think and they often have 300+ bird days $$$$

Thanks... I never knew about that. Shame you have the pricks that make It hotter for the rest of us!! Similar thing happend to a old boy who had a bit of land by me. He told some lads to get orf his land. They came back at night and did a proper job on him there wasn't even alot of game on the land which was about 10 acre In total, and the fella was about 60-70 at the time

Good good. I know, others have said the same - It's just AA crap blueing. Which camp do you mean? The one on HS lane or by coedy? I did notice a load of pigeons on one of the other fields as I drove past yesterday, getting amoungst them In the day would be hard especially as the cars are right next to you and I would rather go on the roost If I can find where there going. It's not just the cars either, Me and a mate got pulled on that road one day and accused of badger baitin You can get blueing cheaper than 15 quid and do It yourself If you like. The blueing on AA rifles Is shit. Show It any water and It rusts, Mine Is the same and has light specs of rust on. Just keep It well oiled and not In the gun slip. Don't forget to take the stock off when you clean It after being out In rain as It will get under the stock and rust the underside of the air res. Did you get anything then?

They have offered me a full refund so that seems allright In my book... Something I did notice on the fake tasco was the ill ret was blinding even on the lowest setting. I was testing It out at night and I could see less with the ret illuminated because It was so bright When I looked through a nite eye yesterday It was much better but then again, the price Is much higher.

I set mine up shooting to 12 with biz mags as there so heavy. All other pellets I try then are under 12. I can't remember which way I turned mine. it would make more sense If you unscrew It the power will increase but just adjust It and run It over the chrono. I don't know when I'm up there next.
