    Any advice on corns. Dogs not mine.!!! My whippet has really bad corns. So bad that she can hardly walk on hard ground. I've filed them down, gently cut them out, soaked pads in cream to soften them up. Nothing seems to work. Grateful for any help.

    HAS ANYONE USED CESTEM? THEY ARE IN VET-MEDIC CATALOGUE.SUPPOSED TO BE SAME AS DRONTAL BUT CHEAPER. BUY 3 AND GET 1 FREE. I USUALLY USE DRONTAL BUT LAST TIME USED CESTEM AS WHEN I ORDERED WAS TOLD THEY WERE THE SAME INGREDIENTS. NEVER NOTICED WORMS IN MY DOGS WITH EITHER PRODUCT.

    My whippets get this when they have been through crops. I hose them down on their belly and legs every time we come back, and use Sudocrem on spots. Hope this helps.

    Here are some of mine and the reasons why :- Jago. After a romantic hero in a book. Milly. Just looked like a Milly! Busta. After Busta Rhymms the rapper. Midas. After the Greek God who was granted a wish that everything he touched turned to gold.( Pup was red/gold colour) Ebony. Black bitch. Fen. A mix of both parents names. (Fay and Ned) Loxley. Deerhound cross.(Lord Loxley had one in Robin Hood) and we were in Sherwood Forrest at the time. Daisy. Pretty little rescue whippet already named. Frank. No special reason, just looked like a Frank. Poppy. Already named. Bel

    My two are 6 months old now and they chew anything they can get hold off. My husband now has a lovely pair of peep toe slippers. Worse habit was eating poo. Thankfully this is stopping. They have chews and bones all the time and rock sulpher block in water. All the best.

    There were six pups. 2 black.2 brindle 2 fawn. Heights range from 20" to 23" Will put more pics up next week.

    I know its a long shot after all this time,but I have always wondered who the sire to the pups was. Was it an arranged mating, date rape, a one night stand or a love match.!!!!!!! Dont suppose I will ever know, but they are loved just the same.

    In June 2004 we adopted this bitch from a rescue in Telford. She had just finished her season and in due time she had six pups. Two are pictured with her. We had no background information on her and I have always wondered where she came from. I know its a long shot after all this time, but does anyone recognise her?
