    perhaps james should think about his veggies lets start with carrots ripped out of the ground and skinned while still alive if that has not killed it is plunged into boiling water the same fate befalls spuds then you have beans all torn away from their mothers while suckling some having there skins ripped off and there ( beans ) guts ripped out before being boiled :sick: i must stop now as i am getting all emotional so i am going out to lamp some rabbits :secret: :secret:

  6. get yourself some cat or kitten milk as this is lactose free add raw egg if you need to bulk them up some years ago i collected a ferret from a rescue centre who were tied in with the r.s.p.c.a before collecting i had to have a home visit to confirm that i was able to look after this little jill having passed this inspection they arranged to have her spayed and checked over before i could collect her after a day or two i noticed that she was having problems eating on checking her mouth i found some WAN-ER had snapped all here eye teeth off SO MUCH FOR THE R.S.P.C.A AND THERE POXIE VETS

  9. your right we would like to think we would do the same and i have no problem with it BUT what about the farmer who has his nights constantly disturbed by muppets charging about his land in 4x4s with guns and dogs disturbing his stock night after night poaching is a way of life NEVER TO BE SEEN NEVER TO BE HEARD :secret:
  10. very interesting thread and i would agree with most of it but i think we must also remember that some people also trespass with guns and dogs on other peoples properties pursuing vermin, game or even fish without permission lets hope no one on this site gets shot but i am sure this is unlikey to happen as we are all law abiding citizens I HOPE

I know what your saying Fell, but i think someone would need more than knowing i'm a 40yr old pilot from hertfordshire to find who i am, and to tell the truth mate, i aint got anything to hide, or anything that i'm ashamed off, so feck em. that must make me the old man of the site then shooting fishing bow hunting ferreting longnetting charter skipper etc etc etc for the last 53years theses days a bit of lamping with the airgun and some fly fishing i have few early photos that i will try to find unfortunately in black and white :search:

  14. kingfisher as for the taste of perch years ago whilst fishing chew valley res i was having great fun catching and returning perch every other cast of the fly when i was pulled by the keeper having checked all permits were in order he informed me that if i returned any more course fish i would be asked to leave the water so from that point on for the next half hour or so he sat behind me on the bank each perch was killed and thrown in his direction on returning home all the perch were gutted and skined and placed in the freezer approx 15 fish of about 2lbs each as is the norm all visitors s
  15. r.k i have just picked up the same rifel myself spitfire h/f high fill get a crono on it the one i have is 22 i checked it out on the web and the figers shown on it was the 177 was about 15lbs/feet and the 22 25lbs/feet on the crono mine comes in at 24.6lbs/feet FIREARM it seem to return about 20_to_30 full power shots per fill 200bar have not had chance to try it in the field yet but seems to have scoped in ok let me know how you get on with yours

  18. fished ricketts mill today weather great overcast and warm first time at this little fishery when i managed to find it having traveled half the road in west wales the day started at 9am dry line only water very clear first fish came to a.p.s blood worm fished on a 12foot leader scrapped well weighed in about 3 1/2_4lbs about 1 hour later followed by another at close to 5lbs to more by 1.30 one to a phesant and green buzzer the other on a red damsel nymph total bag weight 20lbs and yes i will be going back mike
