So would sika stags par with fallow does, in terms of size & weight? Just a shame I never got to run any

What was an easier task for a dog . Fallow buck or sika stag? Ie; the run, the holding, 'fight' , and when in rut? Ive no experience what so ever with sika.

I regularly see a red hind, semi-tame she is. Belonged to a deer farm, she was an escapee, the farm has now closed. And she can often be seen laying in the same spot on a morning, must be waiting for feeding time? Anyway shes a big lump, them things must of taken some stopping, back in the day, or night as the case may be. Ive also seen some big lads 'jack' on some fallow does wouldnt go anywhere near that kicking screaming 90lbs animal that was on the ground

I think I can easily rent my house out for 450 a month which more than covers the mortgage

Yeah, I know I should go & see an advisor. But looking for an insight before I do, as it can be a pain in the arse getting into town making appointments etc... So heres the situ I bought I house for £70,000. £21,00 was my deposit meaning I borrowed £49,000 My mortgage payments are around 260 a month Now lets say I want to rent out my house and buy another for £200,000 Is it likely I will need to gain.another decent size deposit, or can I use the value (70,000) of the first house as deposit? Hopefully someone can help me? Cheers

When hard times come, then id do and have done, whatever it needs to keep my head above water. best thing I ever did, was set up a a legit business, and I reckon by the time im 30 (but hopefully sooner) then ill be off the 'tools' and taking a back seat. Iv devoted time, and lots of it,,,, and money, lots of that too, into making things work for me! But if it went tits up id just buy an oz of coke & steal some cars
