im anzwering before i read any replies. ypur dad sounds like he has a problem mate maybe try sitting down and having a good talk? i lost my dad when i was 23, he was 52. and id give anything to be able to hav a chat again.. just some observations sounds like he is worried about money? if your phone bill comes out of his account, then by rights, legally and MORALLY you should pay him. kebab for tea? for a kid?
