Hi The Gaffer, i have used the pulsar challenger 1x20 its the best value nv addon on you can get its good with a n1000 laser ir for 125 yds + ,remember this is the old type of nv with a tube in it so do not use it near strong lights , other than putting your head in a different position , its best used on scopes with side P/A the mtc mamba lite is very good with this nv. . any other info pls pm me, atb brian

Probably this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8tC60g-v5uQ although it look's to me like it's an attempt at slagging off the ns200.....maybe in favour of nite hunter.....again Well theres a surprise!!!!!!! its funny but my ns200 w0rks out to 170 yds no problem and i have owned this since they first came out, still NH and Co are quite entertaining its an ongoing comic saga!!!!! regds brian.

sorry to read Mawders of your prosportproblems a great and witty write up, yes Tony at SFS does a great job i have a hw95.22 and a hw80.25 all tuned by Tony and when funds allow a hw97kt.177 for a full stage-2 tune -up Tony turns a good gun into a fantastic gun, the reason he is so busy is because he transforms any gun into a great gun, i hope and know you will get lots of shooting pleasure from the hw97. atb brian

It happens to all and sundry ,its how quick you can react to end any suffering that matters i do take a as is needed for the bunny to be in the right position but some times they move as you squeeze the trigger , its where a mulishot gun comes into its own. well done to the OP for bringing up a difficult subject. atb brian

Hi Roger i was omongst the first owners of the ns200 and carried out several mods to the unit including using the cobra /merlin dsa and putting gel sheet on the screen to cut down the glare and changing the battery to a lithium one such info should be passed onto fellow users and the manufacurers, nite site welcomes cobstructive criticisms as a means to improve the product Si on his youtube channel has made some very useful tips on how to use the ns200 to its full advantage and such info is very helpful is very helpful to us all , Si ,s Vermin Hunters Tv and Malc Barnards country Pur

I was phoned up a few days back by a lady in the village where i live she said ,she had rats in her back garden ,so i advised her to spread some nutella chocolate spread onto some small paving slabs they had and place them about20 rds from there conservetory sliding doors ,we left these a few days the lady of the house topping up the nutella and seeing as many as 4 rats at a time feasting, now its time for my bsa scorpion m/s .25 cal at 11.5 fpe to do its job ,using H&N FTT .25 pellets, i sat nr the sliding doors and in 90 minutes shot all 4 rats stone dead, these ,25 pellets sur

Hi PC ,alot of common sense in your post, certain people need to get their facts right before making statements about peoples integrity, Si And Davy go out of there way to help fellow shooters and the contribution to airgunning these two have made is much appreciated by most of us Keyboard warriors are a real yawn, i reccmend to others both the nite site and nite-eye products and use both of these myself if i can help someone with any problems or info thats what i am on these forums for also to learn from others not to be a keyboard warrior which is rather pointless IMO. regards Br

Budget Airgun Weihrauch Hw99S Or Smk Th208?
bunnyman replied to Username1's topic in General Airgun Discussion
i own and shoot both Hw springers and chinese springers the chinese springers have been fettled by Will at Woodfield GCP and after this work shoot as well as any hw springer i own and i have several!!!!! if only going for one gun then the hw99 is the one or even better the hw95k in .22cal is a real good gun for hunting, any springer is FUN. atb brian -
H Craig, the advice you have been given is spot on. its observation and notiing where where the woodies roost a regular wander around shoots is essential though ,i genrally have a gun in a slung gun bag incase of prey presenting an opportunity, also shooting at the different angles needs lots of practise finding a good spot with natural cover 1e ivy covered trees near to woodies roosting spots can with experience be very fruitful in dead woodies. its great fun!!!!! atb brian

Fac air is very useful on permissions where rimfires are not useable because of land layout, noise etc etc, a 30fpe .22 cal is very useful range out to 75yds no problem, i have x3 fac air at different power levels for different shoots as well as rimfires, do not knock fac air its has its niche uses. atb brian

i don,t go knocking on doors for permissions, all i did was i put an add in the parish church magazine offering free pest comtrol,i had x5 new shoots in the 1st week, i now have x12 and people ring me up, had a new one 3 days back about 2acres of paddocks loads of bunnies/woodies, so a free add and being local does work, it did for me, atb brian
