  10. or are fresh out of prison for a shorter sentence then you should be able to get a certificate grante this bit is not quite true. i know lads who have never seen the inside of a prison but cant get fac or sgc. if the person is a habitual offender then he or she has no chance of ever getting either. i know folk who have done time inside and now have both, the licensing department like to see a long time elapse before they will even consider a grant.just over 2 years is not long enough.

  17. the bits you cut are the legs on the bullet follower,platfom,ramp. did mine on a bench grinder. the trikky bit is you have to bend out whats left of the legs, to many trys and they snap.
