i tried to apply after two year and although i have farms in the suoth west of scotland and the north east of england ,they said that it had to be a full time job of pest control before they would grant an open certificate before my first renewal got mine after 16 months.and its just my hobby.

hi cymro you would get a lot more replies to this if you post it on the gun trader site. they have a section for this kind of advice. BASC would be worth joining just for the legal advice, but that will be £50 or there abouts. if it goes to appeal your looking at costs of £1500 or more.
