    nice dogs pal but most terriers over your way are only tested on small game ,coons ,nutria etc.Have you tried them on bigger game? coons, badgers, bobcats, and a unlucky coyote. some over here only let there dogs work small game,same as over your way. hwat do you consider the roughest of all? fox as that is the only legal ground vermin we dig with terriers

    my dogs can take them single handed tryed an tested but i slip 2dogs only to catch numbers an i dont mean two or three if its numbers that makes your night then can i reccomend a 22-250,they dont eat as much as a dog and they will never tire!!! most lads run their dogs for sport,to test their dogs week in week out,if they get away good luck to em! having a "guarenteed" dog is all about doing a single handed job consistantly at their quarry whatever it may be,dogs arnt machines and can refuse,jack,spew whatever you want to call it at anytime of life,a dog that works single handed

    Never believing that..... admit it, you made that up right??? no mate it was from some top fen line not sure what one as they bore me to death, couldnt turn on the lamp at all it was a disaster of a dog but i suppose most are like that on the lamp Well I never.................. your kidding me Hard to believe eh? not really pal cause not all dog have the minerals ,iv seen bull crosses that dont like the sharp end or anything that bites back and iv seen saluki crosses that were pure dirt.They cant all be world beaters But this was a fen dog mate..... surel

    a single handed dog getting smashed to bits, doesn't that in its self tell you something of its capability,or lack of it as the case may be,as bunnys said,some good single handed dogs hardly receive any damage at all,if anything iv seen more wounds to the dogs when doubled up, usually the made dog will take the sharp end but can take more damage than necessary with another dog ragging the back end of a fox at the same time,jmo i agree with what your saying about dogs gettin smashed up when doubled up but all we hunt is foxes and i can tell ye we have good single handed lurchers that will t

"and the judge should not be blinded by a dog thats got no jaw on seen loads" All the finalists were judged on the following criteria: 1/ condition, 2/confirmation, 3/ wether fit and bred for purpose. No dog should ever be discarded in a working terrier event if its marked up or scarred? but, a dog with no jaw cannot hold onto its quarry and therefore would autimatically be marked down as its no longer fit for purpose!     Aye it was mate just getting my sea legs back slowly. There was other stuff about but can't write about that lol... Missed it anyway but it was a good chase just the same. if it was all about catching and killing then id of given up years ago undi Very true mate how's your season going....you started yet? iv been hunting foxes the last 2 sundays with the lurchers and iv been digging the last 2 saturdays ,its bloody great to get back out although i think iv put on a few pounds over the summer Lol you always know when the the camo's get a bit tight around the legs mate..
