the 2 boxes are only on the ground cause the neighbour at the back of me got a rotweiller recently and when i had them raised the terriers were nearly scaling the wall behind them to get into him but thrust me that will be sorted very sshortly as in roofing the runs

my mate was crossing his doe a few weeks ago and i was there watching .I have to say its some nasty shit ,the buck was pulling the doe around by the head ,some serious fore play -

indeed kevin id be the first to admit iv spoiled young dogs but giving them too much too soon.IMO all it takes is dropping a young terrier in the wrong spot and thats him ruined

i started a young bitch last season and gave her 6 digs but she started too hard and was in sick bay for longer then id of liked.Id of liking one or two more but i think thats where iv fcuked up young terriers in the past.Great thread by the way kevin

i used to do all mine myself.I recently went to my local chemist and they told me that the vets were kicking up stink and now you need a prescription to get the injections.But i think that once you get the prescription the chemist will log it into their data base so you wont need to get another one.Its all about the vets wanting to line their pockets once again -
well lad we use a small pack of springer/beagles and teagles.we don't use pure beagles or harriers because we hunt smallish covers to push out foxes to catch with lurchers.our crossbred dogs would never carry a hunt as far or as well as a pure hound,but we don't want them to.they are very good to try cover and find which is more than can be said for many hounds.if we had pure hounds hunting on for miles we would not be able to try nearly as many covers and we would get less runs for the lurchers and catch less. spot on derek we have a pack along the same style of yours by the sounds of it.

in find that when my old dog puts in a drive to kill a fox he takes a couple of secs to get back into him which a few year ago was grand as he had great speed to get back to his fox.Sadly now that he is pushing on a bit in his working days next season will tell a lot ,either wether il retire the old chap or not

doesnt sound a bad price i paid 450 euro when i bought one new .Have you tried using the barryvox box with the bellman collar ,i found it ten times more accurate then the bellman and flint

collie has been my preference the last few year ,then i tried the wheaten cross which i found effective for the quarry i hunt and now this week i took the plunge and bought in a bull lurcher bitch
