    went out mooching a few hours ago. and on the way back i was stuck behind 2 cyclist in a green lane.. as i was following them up the lane the one at the back kept sticking his fingure up at me .... i was a good 10ft back from him foot not even on the throttle when i could get past i asked why he was sticking his fingure up . . his reply ur well to fecking close harrasing me then he punched my truck well without thinking i jumped out of the truck at twatted the prick resulting in him flying of his bike into a nice nettle patch as i was leaving they was sayin ive got ur reg plate.....

    right right ive got a ess is 7 years old.... springer. and he works really hard. but after a few days beating he starts to get stiff joints is there any suppliments any of you guys use.. hoping for a fast reply so i can go get something for him atb

    i fish there alot.... when you get down there fish on the right hand side . away from the maccy bashers ... i use a pennel rig with either crab or worm ... as for what fish are there..... you never no what ur going to catch ......... altho i would suggest try fishing south side of berry head... the other side of the bay
