Patience.most ferrets will work. Find a small burry sit on your arse with a fag or brew and let the ferret explore the holes and do its own thing.sit there for a good hour. Get a rabbit skin tye it to some string and drag it about the ground near the ferret they will soon grab it. At the end of the day it's a £10 ferret maybe £20 odd if it's a worker. Not saying I don't believe it cos I haven't seen it, I have seen a few bull/greys and lurchers with a fair amount of bull in running at all the usual quarry, and none of them caught a hare or a deer that didn't panic and bounce off a fence back into the dog. That's what I HAVE seen. I've not seen as many bull x's at work that other people might have. And yes, it might've seemed at the time that I was slating king's dog/dogs, but I wasn't really, it was just bull x's and the heavier bull x types generally. @ king if you're reading this.You're right though, many different types of lurcher about

yes that's true .ran past my house a week or two later. Unexpectedly. Another lad we know had two good terriers ,the were through a lad and not meant for him. Anyway me and me mate Dave went to get him a young adult of bn .it went to bite my ear when we got home , I thought nothing of i . Did hurt bit but would of been worse if got it properly .anyway the lad got dog few days later and never bothered with it then decided to take it out . it bit his expensive coat .don't know what name but the lad was on the blower . I said my old dog would catch more game in six weeks than your bull x could in six months.Would that be by weight or numbers Both . A fighter and his team have got to notify them on any medical conditions or injuries before they sign the fight off, no way in hell would an experienced coach send him in with that injury. The coach didnt send him in with that injury...like i said in my original post they obviously didnt realise how bad it was... probably took a knock in sparring which was made worse in the fight...until rustyterrier put this idea in your head that the coach shouldnt of sent him out you was convinced it was all made up demanding to see his doctor!...clearly the lad has a fractured eye socket...of course he no

Not everyone on here is into bull x's. Even if it was legal, you certainly aint going to catch hares or deer with your dogs, and you aint going to catch many rabbits either.
