he lost muscle an weight with being sick it will take me few weeks to get him half fit il just not run him into the ground he still coming of his leg being hurt an wasnt running right with it so hopefully start him back on again build him upHope he runs trouble free for the rest of the season trunk.It's surprising how fast they lose fitness through injury. It takes time to build fitness but fast to lose it. My dog banged his back toe and lost a nail.went lame fitness has really dropped in 2 weeks. hope so myself . he damaged tendens an joint vet told me to keep him of it

The wooden horse I didn't like that bloody thing. Couldn't see the point in running flat out and banging your legs on it lol. They were the days.all that running about then. 2 little scoops of potato and some hard veg for dinner. No wonder we were all like racing snakes lol.

Do people still venture forth in daylight hours,thats so olde school mucker.I will do as much in the day as I do at night as you know Morton you have met me ...the point I am trying to make is these chinese mad cheap LED lights are shite and for lads to not waste their money I and a few other lads bought them last season and were very disapointed in them ...Now Gaz said he was going to do a review on the LED s so I have invited him up here to do that ....then the lads can read the review and decide if they want to part with their money He's done a review. Don't think he needs to shine a lamp

I'm not sure what MIK is gonna show me up his way that I haven't seen lamping elsewhere in the country to be honest but I've said I will go and have the crack so I will. I've had my LED lamps out with you (King), Trigger 2, Hubbs, RubyJet, complete different parts of the country and never had an issue. Never felt like my lamp was inferior and wished I had a halogen. But like I say, we will soon see. If it's just a case that the land is so big where he lamps then I will come on here and say that these lamps are no good on that sort of land and with 5 mile slips. But we know that anyway and

Sunflower oil is good stuff. Whole fish etc.a whole mackerel isn't much to buy. If you got a fishmonger near you ask him about fish heads salmon etc.
