I've been diagnosed with Cardiovascular disease. Heart disease..ive done a bit of research and the Mediterranean diet seems the way to go and reducing fat as much as possible.. Has anyone got first hand experience of the above and how did you find adjusting to a more healthy diet etc... Cheers Dean....

It's a 2 stroke mate is it..I bet the young lad will be made up with that bike.. I bought my lad a qr50 yrs ago..what a cracking little bike..it would run all day everyday and wouldn't miss a beat..excellent build quality from Honda.. Funny you should mention that mate.. He came to a nightclub in Neath 1 evening with a van full of security/ bouncers..to take over the door.. After 5 mins talking in the office to the head door man..he walked out called all the lads back in the van and fecked off..never to return..

I don't know what you can do with such a fierce ferocious weapon mate.. But I do know a lad who is armed with such a beast..he thought it would be fun1 night by dropping his trousers in a house party 2 of my mates said..where the knob should of been there was infact a small indent now he was on amphetamine that night but 1 of two things must of happened..
