What are you on about seriously.. Man on the moon.. We are talking about have athletes got faster the last 100yrs. Not nasa or the space shuttle. In 1936 Jesse Owens was running on cynders made from burnt wood. He dug his foot holes with a little trowel. Bolt is using a proper step to launch off and running on a modern surface. Even 100 yrs ago mate.man isn't faster at all. Evolution takes hundreds of thousands of years even millions of years.. Evolution won't happen in 40 years or 100 years.
