I went tripple chicken breast tonight and half a plate of veg lol. The bull x had his own 2 chicken breasts.bloody dog is spoilt lol.

This is what you called me a liar on.. still never beat your ‘ I put on 6 stone when I met wife as an adult but I’m not fat And I've shown you proof. my lad was treated in Cardiff hospital by white doctors and surgeons. So there you go a 6st weight gain. we are very lucky our lad has a high speed police escort up the m4 from the newish near port Talbot hospital to Cardiff.2 bikes in front and ambulance behind blue lights and sirens all the way.

Her you go the wife just dug a pic out.17yrs ago when my middle lad kurt was in hospital very I'll. I was about 8.1/2 stone in weight. And this pic I'm about 14.10lb to 14.12lb that's a shade over 6st in weight gained and never lifted a weight.kurt is in the middle. That's on the ferry ride from padstow to puffin island I think the captain said.

Brown sauce is bordering on hot for me lol.being brought up on jam sandwiches must leave the tounge very sensitive lol. Without bragging the wife up I think and her whole family think she's a great cook.im used to her cooking now after 20yrs. I've just to flick through her numerous cooking books and show her something that looks nice.and she will make it. My 3 lads have bigger bones than me my oldest lad who is nearly 19yr old is nearly 16st he's got a little fat on him bit not much.just a very dense built lad. I stayed in Croydon for 2 months I think it was. in a caravan.we were muckshifting on the Croydon tram line. Must me 25yrs ago now.i seen more coloured people in 2hrs than 19yrs in South Wales. I've never had a night out even in Cardiff. I'm just not used to that type of thing at all to be homest.its totally alien to me. And I don't like it.maybe I'm not up to date in 2020 and stuck in my ways. But that's the way I'm gonna stay I think I haven't even been abroad. I'm not saying we can all get away from places that have changed beyond what they were. At the end of the day family first then friends etc.etc. I want to live amongst my own kind people who I can relate to. That's what I want for me and my family. And that's what I will do.. Am I racist because I point blank refuse to live amongst Muslims/turks/ blacks etc.maybe some people will think I am and some will think I ain't. At the end of the day it's my decision to do what I want in life.
