  1. looking good there mate, cant wait to see how this cross does, love the juping pic.
  2. she is coming along good and has a real drive to her now and very good pace about her. She is 9-10 months old now and standing at 27 inches tts and starting to fill out a bit more, i havent weighed her for a while so not sure of her weight. She is doing well on the hunting front scooping up bunnys for fun, so things are looking good for the coming season, i just need to concentrate on her training over the summer to get it spot on and i should be in for an exciting winter, cant wait!! from this......... to this
  3. moll and londogrunner im laughing at you both now, but in a good way, there is no way on earth id put a photo of me as a kid up, well done!! punk rocker ted does look mental also!!
  4. some really nice pics there molly, thanks for sharing.
  5. picture doesnt do it justice, i was at the show yesterday well done.! there was a large number of dogs entered yeaterday as well.
  6. sorry to hear that nealy, good luck!
  7. if your dog will answer you when callled, even when on a scent/chase then take it, if it wont leave it at home quite simple really, i take my russell bitch out beating and she is more than welcome she answers better than a lot of so called gundogs and is very handy for pushing birds out of very thick cover where bigger dogs wont get into. my russell dog now, i wouldnt dream of taking out, apart from the fact i dont want to use him for bushing etc, he would be off and thats the last you would see of him.
  8. skinny with big tits all the way!!
  9. i sure do, but to me if you want a certain type of dog you have to be prepared to wait for it, yes someties you may get lucky but personally i wouldnt mind waiting a few years for the right dog and i would certainly look at few before i made the decision on one. but priorities have to be made worker then colour.
  10. Cant argue with what you say elis, working line first but if someone has like your mates dogs working choc ones this lad is bound to be more interested in them rather working black ones. what hes looking for isnt impossible to find as you have stated and if hes willing to wait, then he can get what hes after
  11. whats wrong with wanting a certain colour? first and formost it should be working stock but, if he had asked for a smoothe coated pup rather than a rough coated one, would there be the outcry? i dont think so, just different prefferances?
  12. couldnt have said it better tom, a truelly grand result!!
  13. shes looking great shay really good! her sister is coming on great, really pleased with her also. heres a pic taken a few days ago of her, was out a walk and one got up in front of her.
  14. I really hope labour are going to be a thing of the past, its looking good in scotland for snp, so hopefully we can get rid of them!
  15. my old mans lab pup has fallen and broken its leg, its been in the vets now to get its leg pinned, and is due out today, its only 4 months old, my question is, is there any supplemnets or special food they can give her to aid her repair? thanks TJ
  16. he will need a big lens to see past that famous nose of his!!
  17. my little russell bitch is the same, pain in the behind!! she too now has blunt teeth.
  18. snoop, my lips are sealed lol, i went back to the spot this week and the cheeky roe buck was still there, i feel i may have to pay him another visit soon to get some close up shots.
  19. he will make someone a cracking dog.
  20. just like the english to slay the dragon when it was asleep!
  21. yes i told him this but what are the landowners legal rights? is a cat protected if it is causing a nuisance?
  22. Right im having a discussion on another non hunting forum regarding cats and there is a cat lover there who states cat owners are not to be held responsible for there cats, now i have heard this before but he then he also states a landowner cannot legally remove the cat i.e shoot it etc if it is casuing damage to livestock or birds. its all hypotheticall talk but id appreaciate if anyone could fill me in on what is correct or not? he/she is starting to annoy me and i cant find anything specific on the internet?
