Just heard from my pal he's got one of his back(the plummer/russell),he heard through the grapevine where it was went there and called the old bill. They turned up didn't do anything so he kicked off and they nicked him,a couple of other lads went there and got the dog back.the other dogs have been dumped off somewhere in north kent near the services on the m25,white rough coated russell dog, white course coated short legged russell type bitch with black patches.

Use a bait that they can't run off with, something like chocolate spread or peanut butter. Then sit and wait and remember your back drop when shooting.

Jails a fecking doddle mate, they should be brought to justice in the old school way, chicken wire, paving slabs and a good deep wier.

Got a mate who had 3 terriers nicked from north kent yesterday,2 rough coated russell types and a smooth coatedplummer/russell.They beat his guard half to death and even tried to breack into his house, they left his lurchers and chickens alone but had all the terriers.Post will be put up when i have pics of the dogs,w*nkers....

Honey is a good thing to mix in with a little warm water as well, plenty of easily digested energy.Keeping it rehydrated is the most important thing and like others have said your dog will look like sh*t mate, all skin and bones but don't worry about that just take it day to day.

Was a good do there today and as for the terrier judge i didn't see anything wrong in the way he handled the dogs or the ones he was picking out,got to say the lurcher one was just as good.Well done all who put it on and thanks. -
Don't try to build him up fast, the poor bugger has just spent the last few days chucking up everything and it's stomach don't need stessing anymore.Rice and cooked chicken in little feeds every few hours and i mean little.Don't try to rush it mate and i myself have had dogs come back strong after parvo, although a good few years back but good strong dogs who all died of old age in the end.A good little guide is think of it as wheening all over again and feed simular soft gentle on the stomach type foods, all the best with the dog mate...

"Chicken roundabout" didn't know that still existed. Got rid of my cockerals cos missus has trouble sleeping enough with my snoring without cocks crowing. Got an arsehole moved in next door complaining about church bells ringing, could be interesting if I took on some more Maybe if I got rid of missus I'm having hassle with a neighbour myself but not bout cocks crowing, just my kids and doves lol.As it goes they were taking pics of our kids having their tea on a flat roof i have,i was stood below them so they were safe but she was rabbiting and raving about us being crap parents,i've

I've just got a couple of three birds given to me a few years back and these are just excess chicks hatched this year, the cock(sire, father) is a golden duckwing type and the hen(mother)is a blue tailed wheaten hen.Don't know about them being from any particular strain, but like i say just excess birds that if they don't go soon will be soon residing at chicken roundabout(a place where local unwanted chickens end up living, rather than ferret food).I'll try to get some pics up later but it's raining here and they don't want to come out lol, nice enough birds though and just thought someone might w

I've been trying to swop houses for over a year now,on loads of websites and have been offered loads of really nice houses it's just they ain't been in south west wales.Had a swop sorted and even signed paperwork and got let down a few weeks before the move, gutted to say the least and if the person who swops with me hunts or shoots they get my permission aswell.Good luck bud and it can get frustrating but one day the perfect house will come,if you want any websites for house exchange's just ask some you pay a little for some are free.

Sorry mate but as it says pick up only, there cheap enough and i don't want to travel to sell them.

Good pics there from both Hanna and Aces and i thought i'd seen another plummer there, found out my lurchers don't do bag chasing but fun to watch others that do.My acd x pup got a rossette in the bitch pup class so it was good to see others think she's a nice thing as well and the way he handled all the dogs was very good, some very nice terriers and lurchers there indeed again well done and thanks for a great day out.

Grand do and well done all who put it on .

Pup looks good mate and the others look sharp things, all the best with them.

Had her out with the lamp last night, only her second time and although she didn't catch she never made a fool of herself and was right on there scuts even diving into cover after them, not the best night for it as it was very still with a bit of a moon and it isn't the easiest bit of ground even for a wise old dog.Still she put a smile on my face with the way she went about her bussiness and can't wait for a better night weather wise to run her again, thanks everyone for the feedback and Wild rover i'm due some pics of Caterpillers dog soon and i'll scan them up for you as soon as i can mate and

She's only about 23" tts and as for the whiskers,i have no idea where they came from. The sire i never saw but he must have had a little something else in him,she gets a bit of a longer coat down her back in winter as well so i wouldn't bet my life on it being a straight gh.
-
The other litter came out very heavy and imo wasn't a success, the others out of my bitches litter are still about and doing alright. The pics aren't very good Terrie and don't show her markings very well as she has a more speckled coat than it shows, funny as some of this litter are red dogs with white speckles and some are white dogs with a red speckle. Thanks for the feedback folks and once i start getting her into real shape for the winter i'll get some more pics up with a good camera.

For those that have been asking and sorry for the delay ,an update on my pup. She's 9 months old and is coming on in a way i'm happy with, she's caught a few day time bolted by the terriers and hunts up using her nose well. She was never going to be a racey type but is faster than she looks and has good feet and strong legs, she's all muscle and is very strong for her size.Loves water especially smeggy ditches or slurry puddles  and retrieves back to hand, she's helped with a few retrieves on cwd and muntie and got her hands dirty as it were.So far so good and can't wait for the coming seas

I've got a Acd x pup at 9 months old and am happy with how she's coming on,got a good nose on her, ain't shy of cover, very loyal, clever and although not tall(23"ish tts)she's very strong and has very good feet and legs on her.She is faster than she looks and haven't knackered her out on mooches out or walks so seems to have some stamina about her, this winter will be the test. There was a thread like this a time back and we had some fine looking pics of both of these types of lurchers, there are a few about and the owners seemed pleased with them.
