It's not the mounts, it's the way the gun recoils that's causing me grief.
They can be very sensative to weight or ballance changes.

sorry mate i wrote that one badly........cluson do a light mount that bolts to your scope....its about the best system....some of the bigger centre fire rifles we use have a fair bit of recoil.....alot more than a springer......if you are saying by fitting a lamp to your sight is knocking it out then your mounts that actually hold the scope to the rifle arnt upto the job.......
