  1. put a ferret in a bin with a shrew when i was young and it half put up a fight before the ferret got hold of it there very aggressive little buggers pound for pound or should that be oz for oz
  2. its not just the danger side u got to think of ,she could have nine or more young which will need new homes for, not aways easy to find when every one has litters at the same time

  7. went out for a few hours rabbiting today and when i was waiting for the rabbits to bolt i saw this muzzled dog coming over and straight away i thought it was because it was nasty and bit people how wrong u can be .the owner soon came along and by this time the dog was taking great interest in the rabbits i had caught and letting me stroke it, the lady said sorry then told me the reason for the muzzle was because she was a vegan and it was to stop the dog from catching rabbits when it was out . i surpose i was lucky in that she didnt try and put a muzzle on me or start calling me all the n
  8. hi its very clickey if you start to win they will not talk to you ect Are they mostly people who work their dogs and do it as a bit of laugh or are they just into the lure coursing scene? i just fancy meeting up with a few like minded people and seeing a few dogs run but i cant be arsed with cliques and the "winners and losers" attitude.   9. two much milk will give them the shits if u dont feed raw meat or dry ferret food try cat food but not dog food
  10. bred in summer work them in winter they soon learn the ropes mine are working like old hands after a few trips out and killing to many all ready

  19. I new it was going to be a risky one but thats why i asked for hands on experience rather than second and third hand storys about them im sure i will hear good and bad about them but lets just see what comes out on top
  20. i fancy a three quarter bred collie greyhound and been thinking of going to david hancock for one .what i want to know is what they are like if i do from people with first hand experience of dogs from the man and not just hearsay thanks
  21. i knew they could confiscate your car ,nets etc but didnt think they could touch livestock ie dogs,ferrets as for losing your driving licence u must be joking on what grounds can they, unless your breaking the highway code,driving laws.
