  1. If the litter is to be kept and assessed mate then there is no choice but keep them together with space .Not many have the room to separate pups on premises .
  2. Agreed mate .I’d never keep a bitch with pups against her will at any age . Ive had a bitch disown a litter in the first two hours .You can’t force a bitch into being a mother .How I do it is let the bitch come and go as she pleases . If she’s maternal she will want them to suckle way after they need to but if she’s really had enough I’m ok with that .There’s no hard and fast rules either way .I think too many people poke about and keep the lot awake for too long in the early stages .Most bitches I’ve bred have slept most the day after whelping .The pup swap needs to happen that day
  3. Poor stockmanship mate .Can’t educate those who don’t want to listen .
  4. And the float goes under and your into another tiddler???
  5. No mate not true .Quite a few times ive had litters born same time and evened out pups just after birth .Any bitch that gets nasty after whelping is one to be watched with her own pups .I’ve had a bitch kill the lot before for no apparent reason .I gave her away after having her spayed .
  6. I’m trying to convert the vid into a gif so I can post without putting on you tube .
  7. Distance about 60 m mate .Poor night though for crispness .You need a clear ,black night for a crisp image .Starlit ok but not moonlit . Its not a deer of any sort Paul .
  8. First time ever I’m agreeing with you Mark .I’ve had a litter of 13 terrier pups all still on the bitch at 10 weeks no damage .She was very maternal mind and wanted to foster everything under 2 years lol. I was never in a hurry to rush puppyhood .
  9. FAO Greyman… What do think this is mate .
  10. Too late ,me and Ricky are on the case .First airing of a bonefide uk big cat is on January 32nd 2050. Please tune in ????
  11. Well done Flacko indeed .I’m guessing you never had a back up camera up high .I’ve got 3 on the back garden ,one on the front and up high .That is defo some scum lowlife that’s been to your address before mate ,not random at all .Rack your brains and the answer will dawn on you .Hope to see a gibbet pic of the c**ts hanging on a fence .
  12. That changes at about 8 -10 weeks mate if you’ve noticed .
  13. You are mistaking rough and tumble for fighting mate ,after which they sleep in a ball .
  14. Fair play mate .I can’t stop buying guns either .
  15. I’m a one for letting a pup be a pup .If you ever chance to breed a litter and keep the lot watch how things develop .From 5 weeks to about 8 the pups want to be together in a ball when they arnt playing or feeding .From 8 weeks they play together but if given space they are happy to find a spot to sleep alone .From 10 weeks on they are very much individuals and should be treated as such .IMO 5-8 weeks is far too early to take a pup from its siblings .For that very same reason with the last litter or rather pup singular I bred I went out my way to get another pup to keep it company and to play
