Your either totally missing the point of my posts or your a closet spotter scared to come out . My whole point centres around the fact we have someone who has invested a lot of time and money ,who has imparted a certain amount of knowledge on the subject but still cant provide anything to prove to us the existence of big cats here in the uk . I’d say very feasible mate but I’d still like to see the pics and or bodies .Anything released gets seen ,reported and either ignored or shot . Lets say a cat is released having spent time in a cage ,fed and watered by humans .That cat ain’t going all sas from day one and would hang round human habitat brazen as anything until it learnt food wasn’t coming it’s way .So unless that cat was kept in a cage in outer Hebrides someone would see it ,report it and it would be trapped or shot .Remember the escaped lynx that made a few weeks before capture ,a cat half the size of a leopard ,dosnt ne

If that occurred then the cat would survive without question IMO. Domestic cats arnt taught by mother when bought as pets at 8 weeks old yet they are born killers as soon as they can get out .No reason why a semi tame large cat wouldn’t master the art double quick ,if they were out there .If not it would hang round human habitat providing the perfect opportunity for that special selfie ,killing easy livestock as best it could . Why not get some ‘in season ‘leopard piss from one of these zoos apparently complacent with cats here in the uk . They could do there bit in the ultimate pic .Bring males in for miles with pheromones but wait a minute ,nothing proactive is ever done because that’s too much like admitting they ain’t there when it dosnt work .Why not shoot deer ,beg farm kills and set up trail cams on them in known spots if they are carrion eaters

Abberd Brook ,Lol someone’s feeding you shit Sean .Thats a tiny stream runs through the nearby town mate .Be lucky to catch sticklebacks in that polluted dribble .If you mean the Avon then yes plenty in that river .Barbel ,tench ,carp ,bream pike and all the silver fish .Sluggish in places but better out towards the motorway .Much of it on the Bristol Amalgamated license too .Only other river is the Marden that feeds Bowood lake then flows into the Avon at Chippenham . Used to be a decent roach stretch but somethings wiped the lot out and it’s in need of dredging badly .

Getting picked up at 9 so few more minutes bud .Bowood is a huge estate and keepered very well so don’t need to go there mate though I’m more than welcome .I live right on the boundary of the estate mate if your interested .
