Would you never chance one or two nights a year? I get the more of a thrill now shooting a net at my age than I ever have. Having a smoke and a chat with my pal while we do a drift they are times that no money could ever buy

Ya it was never easy. My late father never cared about money whenever he got abit together he bought something whether it was a house or a yard or a bit of ground. We had a lot of hardship through the years and there was seriously bad times and bad things happened but now I can say that we managed to weather a storm and I’ve been able to live well on it all and please god my kids will be able to do the same. Unless Scotty is telling the truth. f**k me years clocked up locked up between us all and fights with CAB and Revenue will all have been for nothing. I’m a nervous wreck thinking about it

Bud I hope you’re right. But I just can’t see it. Hopefully I’ll be proved wrong. I won’t be getting too excited about what tax I’ll get back. When do you reckon all this craic is gonna come off? But what will happen to peoples assets like ive asked? If everyone is better off the price and value of stuff usually goes up does it? I’ve always made decisions on things by what I see with my eyes and feel with my gut and neither are pointing me towards your way of thinking at the moment

I can only speak on what I see between Ireland and London but Ireland really has no issue in comparison maybe in Dublin it’s got worse but nothing when you look at the likes of Kilburn high road and Wembley they have been completely transformed into shanty towns

Happy days. Brother of mine had a small hire business in Harlesden years ago was great money in it those times but he was handy with things and had a knack of keeping machines going. I see a few lads with those new Chinese machines now Sany I think they are called will be interesting see how they last

Right job looking forward to seeing how it comes on. A young lad used to help around the place here bought an old trailer body off me a few months ago to build something similar I’m not sure how he’s got on so far but a good idea using the head

I lent a hand to my brother in law building something similar and I remember he notched the studs at the back and both gables and nailed in a diagonal it gave it great strength

I don’t like insulting anyone but f**k me he is special. The only person I can remember who was similar was a chap I was aquatinted with whose father never gave him any love or encouragement. Poor chap went around with a chip on his shoulder picking arguments with everyone to try prove himself his whole life. At least that guy would stick his chest out and have a few bangs with anyone who fancied a go. This guy just mouths behind the name of a bin scavenger. Pathetic

I’ve never claimed to be an educated man any learning I did was in st pats or lochlan house many years ago. But I’ll guarantee you this you’d learn a lot more from me than I’d learn from you and that’s saying something ha ha.
