    Come on fellas most seem like reasonable sound men on here. This poor seagull isn’t a very well young man we have all seen the chap always on the fringes of society and can never fit in due to being socially awkward. Can’t help but say the wrong thing all the time then dig a hole for himself in a tantrum when anyone says anything. Hopefully he finds the home and friends he’s looking for in his new coursing community but I’d have my doubts. Hopefully the safety and comfort of the forum gives him a little bit of respite from whatever his condition is

    I’m not sure where your based but I have been in places where once the tide turned it would flood as quick as you could walk especially leading into the big springs those couple of nights where you’d a big jump were always the best nights for a salmon if you were that way inclined. I was told this week the fisheries board have managed to do somebody who was out fishing with a rod because they could see fish in the floor of his boat from a drone?     They were great times and I can honestly say as much money as there was in it for the years it went on when someone got a haul everyone on the street was fed especially the older guys who couldn’t get out anymore themselves.     Great stories lads. Personally I grew up right beside an estuary and at one time or another as youngsters we tried absolutely everything to get a few bob. We dug bait, raked cockles, picked winkles towed for mussells you name it. But our gold rush was gill netting bass and sea trout.. the hours we put in back then were crazy but it never seemed like work at the time we just loved being out there in the middle of the night and trying to sneak back in with our haul.     I listened to Bernie sanders on Joe Rogan a couple of weeks ago now he wouldn’t be a person I’d agree with on everything but he seemed to be a good man with the common good at heart but he did say that now if you are elected the money controls everything and if you even give the impression your going to voice an opinion different to what they say you will be gone. Would give the impression that politics is a dead loss and just a game to let people think they’ve a choice
