13. Obviously I'm not sending him to Africa or working in the next couple of years! I'm just enjoying thinking outside the box

Thanks lads @WILF I value your words and posts on this @Blackmag cheers pal. T is a great lad and we need to get em out fishing once the weather warms up @mC HULL I really do get the point you are trying to make. My thoughts on this have come about due to numerous things not just having a few punch ups. The more I learn about other options than regular schooling the more I see better outcomes at every level for my lad. The thing that makes my choices easier is that my boy is already well socialised and taking him out of the current school won't in any way isolate him from o

Yes I get that. We would only do it if he's fully involved with friends and social groups elsewhere

Big Joe raki grabbed my lad in PE round his neck from behind and started trying to choke him, so my lad dropped his shoulder and thrown him.....then wrapped a badminton racket round his head. It was all on CCTV and cool as fck. My lad got suspended. As a one off we could live with it...but he shouldn't have to be doing that every day. We have made the decision, he ain't going to school after Easter holidays. Already lined up an ex teacher friend to do a couple hours a week maths and someone to teach him Spanish. His brother does AI and software development so he will help with that side o

You don't need to do GCSEs. ' Home educators are required to provide a full-time, "suitable" education, but they have complete freedom over how this is achieved and which qualifications—if any—their children take. ' I figure he could do an evening language class, health and safety courses, first aid. As long as he's gaining qualifications then I can pay for loads privately that would be more use than anything he's currently studying. As I say.... only just looking at options yet

Not sure. He's always enjoyed school up until this year. He gave a couple of scroats a good kicking and he's just got himself into a position where every day some older brother or group wants to have a pop. He just can't be bothered anymore. His mates from the first year have all just gone super chav.... dressing in black tracksuits with balaclavas and thinking they are gangster. Mixed with with the constant left wing preaching and soft teachers. I just can't see the benefit of years more of this. He's at cadets, starting boxing again and has plenty friends outside of school.

I know it's not an acquisition.....but it fits with the theme of interesting items

You could tell with the mrs's nephew when he was about 6.

Apparently gay people like to eat mars bars upside down so the it feels like veins on their tongue If mrs left me I'd go for a big lady boy....one that can lay flags and do a shift on the spade.
