As well as judging the cock of the north with John Park, the Blanchland show, Bedlington show, Crawley and

  9. SHE'S A PUP F.F.S. LET HER GROW UP. TOO MANY IDIOT THINK THAT IF A DOG'S NOT 'DOING IT' AT 7 MONTHS THEN IT'S A FAILURE. GIVE THEM A CHANCE HONESTLY
  10. Fair comment..... In the pup class there was a cracking 10 month black and tan dog, looked like it will be a capable animal when it matures.... never got a look-in. In the Patterdale/fell class there was a chocolate old type Gould/Nuttle dog also slung out in favour of weaker looking dogs.... Don't mean to offend anyone JMHO that black and tan was a nice looking animal, nearly as nice as my russel pup that got slung out Was yours the white lakie type with black patches about the head??? NICE dog

  15. My brother had the same with a Britany Spaniel years back.... She would really work well but would sometimes just collapse or appear to be 'drunk'... after several trips to the vets and £££ it turned out to be dietry.. changed her food and soaked it well, from then on she was fine. Some foods just don't suit all dogs... Had it myself when some seem to do fine on a particular food and others won't do so well on it
  16. Bought a red bitch of Badger Blythe 30 yrs ago that Neil bred, a real good worker to fox, had some fun through the summer with her at shows to but work was why she was with me. She was off his Gill dog which was Ward bred and out of another Ward bred bitch of his. Had other terriers of him over the years, all usefull terriers.
  17. Yes mate. N.S. did his 'apprenticeship' with G.W. as a young man 40 odd years ago. When Wardy packed up N.S. carried on with his line. I've kept, bred, worked and shown this line and got no complaints. Some can be a little slower to start than others but if the truth be told that is the case of any 'line' you are truly an expert lakeman, why your not in the fell terrier book il never no,youve never worked a dog have you?you are a pure show merchant and not a good one, keep your bullshit to yourself cos you might bump into me during the summer, atb Just wasted 4 minutes of my life re
