he's very soft mouthed on rabbits mate, probably because they dont bite back

i took billy out last night for a few rabbits and to run a bit of weight of him,he run very well considering his size and the heat only missing one rabbit which managed to escape through a hole in a wall.

this was my dog originally but i gave it to a mate because he would'nt entertain fox. the dog is exellent on daytime hare and deer and he's very placid,never any trouble with other dogs or livestock.

i was out last night with a mate and his two dogs . a saluki/bull/greyhound and a saluki/greyhound x wheaton/greyhound.

make sure the pup is from proven stock,get to know a few people and maybe you'll get an ivite out,then watch and learn and ask plenty of questions. theres no better way to learn than being out in the field with experienced people and dogs

We went for another shine tonight on some permission and got off to a great start taking 3 roe out of 4 runs within the first hour and all 3 were bucks.. We got pulled on the motorway off the police and they did the usual vehicle,person checks then the arogant little b*****d in the T5 said he was taking the motor as it came back uninsured,we tried to explain to him that we had a traders policy allowing us to drive any vehicle and that was why the car came back with no insurance on it, but he just wanted to play the ignorant prick as usual and told us that we would have to pay 120 pound to rec

very nice dog J.D, a mate of mine has a 3/4 greyhound 1/4 airedale, but if i did'nt know how it was bred i'd bet money it was a bull cross.
