    Now that there’s a more information coming out, here’s my take on it; the SS are saying outside the perimeter was the jurisdiction of the local law authority. Inside the perimeter was the SS jurisdiction. People saw the gunman on the roof and informed the local law and one of them tried climbing onto the roof but dropped back down when the gunman pointed the rifle at him. The SS were informed of the situation and had eyes on the gunmen but didn’t open fire because they were waiting for permission.     I see the “Classified Documents” court case against Trump has suddenly been dropped today ! I wonder if it’s a case of the left wing prosecutors and judges suddenly realising that Trump is going to be President in a few months time, and will be out for some payback ? Also, there is still the sentencing in the Fraud case to be announced. Will the judge be brave , or stupid , enough to impose a custodial sentence on a man who will not only be President, but is now seen by many as a national hero ? Interesting times ahead. Cheers.

    Depends how you look at it. If I was in that situation, I’d be crazed with grief, anger and the need for vengeance; so, yes, I’d consider myself as “crazed”. Cheers.

I fully understand the worry about the innocent being found guilty and hung, there’s no appeal from that, but in cast iron cases such as the Moors murderers ,the Wests, Neilson , the Yorkshire Ripper, etc, I believe 100% they should have had the death penalty. The problem is “reasonable doubt”. If their was no reasonable doubt, they would hang, if their was reasonable doubt, they would’nt hang or even be found guilty. So juries or judges would be put in very uncomfortable positions. Jurors against the death penalty might be persuaded to find someone not

    I had a look at the polling results, and depending on how the question is framed the answers vary wildly , so I did a completely unscientific straw poll amongst my friends and contacts and they were overwhelming in favour, but then again, the vast majority of my friends are as right wing as me, so the result may be slightly biased !     Biden said “ Trump should be put in a bullseye” . Now I don’t for one moment think he was encouraging anyone to shoot Trump, but if Trump had said exactly the same thing about Biden, the left would be screaming for him to be charged with incitement to murder. Double standards. Cheers.
