  1. Caught 5 more coyotes this past weekend. Dogs looked good doin it. Here are some pics. I aint sure which coyote is which cause my little girl is the camera girl now and she is a bit sporatic to say the least. I dont think she got pics of all of em even but thats OK.
  2. Gonna throw one of Scotty's dogs in for the hell of it.
  3. Forgot the pic you sent to the wife over the phone bro.
  4. I wouldnt give a squirt of piss over what it cost anybody to raise a pup and thats only about 20 bucks American. I aint got a clue what yalls deal is over there though.
  5. Horses for courses really. There are some staghounds that would make great fox dogs but some that would not. I know that Stitch is not a great fox dog at all. I have never ran him on one but the fella that give him to me told me that he was not good at em. The smaller, snappy gyps would be the ticket there I think.
  6. Thanks yall, we will keep after em when we can. Back at work again for the next couple weeks anyhow and then off to Florida for a week so wont be alot of catchin goin on.
  7. Yes, he is a staghound. FR, trust me partner, there aint a coon within many a mile of us. LOL! Ole Bosky is still doin us pretty proud. We had him on a real rough one though about 5 weeks ago or so. Took him almost a month to get right again. That man that raised that dog oughta be proud of himself.
  8. Rained for about two days and then froze up and then snowed so runnin conditions and huntin conditions were tough on us. We walked quite a little bit of ground and never could get one jumped. Sunday, it was snowin perty hard here in the mornin so we didnt go out til after it quit and the sun was tryin to come out. We walked some more ground with nothin doin. Then my daughter spotted some very bad drifted over tracks along the road. I parked the truck and we started just walkin in the general direction. We got to the 1/4 mile line and I told her that I thought there was a coyote out here cause
  9. Yes, Uphill and I both are blessed with more huntin ground than you can shake a stick at.
  10. Not a problem there major1. You do your thing and we'll do ours but like I always say, if you'd like to go out in the gravel some day and work this thing out, I'm always game for it.
  11. major1, my male dog can do them single handed so dont you worry about it there partner. Why dont you come get some with you poodles and find out for your damn self?
  12. Any of yall should come on over. Cant guarantee that we will catch anything but a cold but it still might be fun to see things done our way. I know I would love to get over yalls way and see your dogs and walk some of your country side.
  13. Wanted to add that she through heavy to the resemblance of some old staggy type lookin dogs so maybe she is just slower to come on, I hope. DO NOT laugh Uphill, it aint funny. LOL!
  14. Ole Scott has got some good dogs for sure.
  15. The blue brindle nutt. She is the 13 month old that is not exactly makin daddy proud at the present time.
  16. Uphill, he makes a man like him. Even men like us and that says something.
  17. I'd say ya, they built alot like a fox but they are a canine not a whatever a fox is. LOL! We dont get the chance to chase many fox cause there aint many left. Coyotes done killed em all.
  18. Thanks Mickey. Ya, they like Busch-Lite. HAHA!
  19. Most coyotes weigh between 30 and 35 pounds. I got outran once on Saturday and then they ran one right at about 2 miles Sunday and caught it. It was the last coyote of the day.
