Went to the Crawley and Hawsham opening meet and a guy i met told me that his local newsagents, who he has been buying the Countrymans weekley off for years, has stopped stocking it as people have been complaining to the newsagents about the contents, so hes withdrawn it and its now by preorder only. cheers bob Many people I speak to have been complaining about the content for years :whistle: :whistle:

    Had a few of these about 10 years ago, terrier and fox, lurcher lamping etc. Ok but I prefer the ones I see at the stalls at the Midland, usuallly about £200 and out of my price range

  11. Whin, does Steve still keep GSD bred lurchers? Which did he prefer, the 1/2 cross or 3/4 bred? What were they like on bigger stuff? cheers Simon
  12. Agree 100%, mine is the dog mobile, clean it weekly but always has a layer of dust on the dash and hair, also smells and gets covered in mud, inside and out. My wife has a nice clean new people carrier that is a pleasure to drive :11: Just looking at getting a navara to keep the dogs/people seperate, although they are costly and use more fuel than my current car, I do about 1,400 miles a month and that isn't cheap now but a navara doing 30mpg compared to nmy renault 36mpg will be expensive, also thinking of getting a trailer?????

  14. Whin, I've heard of Steve Barton, Dave Skleight did an article in EDRD years ago. What happened at the Amman valley show? It's a cross i'm interested in. These are two of my dogs bred from European Schutzhund lines. Do a little work with them.....

  20. Its the same slime that is the jelly in jellied eels if its any consolation (I know they are different eels). No :sick: :11: Bought some cockles, mussels and crabs at the seafood store in Scarborough not long ago but don't like the look of jellied eels or roll mop herrings :sick:
