Tend to agree, my kid sister was grabbed and shaken by the face by my nans Beardie, she had an eyelid removed, her nose peeled over and her face had to be stiched....is it worth the risk?

i disagree... there is still many things left to write about.... Tend to agree with fledgling man When it was shooting news and in the early days of CMW it was full of articles by Phil Lloyd, Daergi etc and the articles were interesting and engaging. Terriers and lurchers were often written about, now its just articles on which cartridge was best for woodcock in 1953 and the best dry food for a spaniel with itchy testicles.............

I agree Moll, one of my male dogs is very dominant and is fine unless another dog tries it on, the solution is to not put him in situations where a problem may occur. My other male, his son is 3 and struts a bit but after the initial display is fine around other dogs.......

Your dog doesn't know its place, simple as that. If your wife is due a baby i'd either crate the dog or kennel it. Next time the smoke alarm goes off and the dog could latch onto the babies face. Its not simple to sort via computer, i'd crack on with extra training and work on its dominance. I'm pretty easy going but would NEVER accept being bittien by my own dog in circumstances like a smoke alarm going off..........
