Yep, get them occasionally and funnily enough working on the computer can set them off, i get trouble with my vision, headache and vomiting, I was prescribed some meds but I was allergic to them and they made my throat swell. I find the best thing is migraleve...........

I'm certainly not "slagging" anyone of, my opinion is that Flapper has good intentions BUT I don't think the site will work and keep dealers off despite precautions...........Not slagging, just an opinion, nowhere did I insult him or make accusations about his character or intentions................. And nowhere in my post did i mention your name Simoman. People in glass houses shouldnt throw stones. i know for a fact that there are peddlars on this site and nothing seems to be done about it. Just stating facts here,not a personal thing like some i could mention on here. Is this site a case

So what about the dogs for sale on this site? Or is the owner of this site a twat to? maybe you should see how his site is run first before calling him a twat. Good luck flapper. I think your missing the point. This site is a hunting forum aimed primarily at debate, there is a classifieds section but this is not the point of the site, also we have rules about peddlers and dealers. I know that Wink has a good ethos behind working dogs and many would do well to follow his ideas and then perhaps there wouldn't be so many lurchers and terriers either passed around like pokemon cards o

Thanks Jonno, yes I guess they must travel distances to spread so quickly. I'm just suprised I haven't seen more as I would of expected them to colonise more in his area although one was seen feeding in horse paddocks not 500 yards from my house a few months ago..............

If i were going to buy a pup from a website hopeully I would have spoken to the breeder, asked lots of questions and perhaps seen evidence of the parents prowess. Besides this is rapildly turning into a debate about pup sold on here are better than the pups that are going to be sold on your site and thats not the issue. I really don't see how you can police the site and ensure the pups come from "good" homes. As for research to see where the peddlers and dealers are how are you doing that? They don't advertise in yellow pages, dealers are everywhere, I know a terrier/lurcher dealer not

Flapper, I think you are missing winks point, how can YOU (the site owner) gaurentee that the pups advertised on your site are bred from tested parents and aren't bred by dealers/peddlers/dog theives etc etc. Why would they be a safer bet than a pup bought via a website or magazine?

Flapper, you are setting up a site soley to sell pups. This IS assisting peddlers/dealers, if a dealer has several litters on the floor this will open the doors to a wider audience. Its not a case o being unsupportive, IMO its a bad idea for the dogs................... There are enough litters sol on various hunting sites, hunting magazines and via word of mouth without another avenue for pups. JMHO and not a presonl dig at you.................

Flapper I agree with Darcy, read his post again. Setting up a site to sell pups is just helping the peddlers and dealers..........
