all terrains genaraly aint bad for wearing down any quicker.its when you go all out and put full mud tyres on that you get a problem. decent all terrains should last a good while

Go all the way and get a Defender,,,Ive heard some bad stories of the Frontera and even more of the earlier freelanders(Design flaw with the head gaskets,do a search in google and you'll see) design flaw the fact that the petrol engine is the rover k series engine as some thing to do with that lol

11/16 5/16 mate. make all the bottom numbers of your factions the same ie all to 8 so the ones over 4 (3/4 and 1/4) times by 2 to get 6/8 and 2/8 then add together with the others =11/16 grey to 5/16 bull hope that helps
