i also know of a 25" collie/grey that lined a 10" russell and she gave birth to 5 pups ...

i know of a dog 28/29" that lined a bitch 21 1/2" without a problem ... size shouldnt be an issue when mating imo not when its so easy AI..

there's a big difference in weight and size between a greyhound and a bedlington but people still breed them...don't think a collie grey on a whippet will be much of a problem...but what do I no? Atb Yes but the bedlington is always the sire. not always But is best. why ??? i would have thought there would be less complications from a greyhound dam to a beddy sire than vise versa and would the offpsring not be alot bigger from the greyhound dam?? there should be little problem from a whippet dam having a litter to a 1st cross collie/grey.. no... the size

feral cats = shoot them , you cant let your dog kill them as it is against the law ... got loads of feral cats near me but they aint doing no harm so no point in killing them ..

collie/bull/grey and a lurcher x lurcher (beddy/whippet/wheaten/grey x bull/grey) both had whole rabbits from a year old

So you dont bother gutting your rabbits in the field ? Its ok carrying them with guts still in if youve only got 1 or 2 but when you start catching a few it all helps bring the wieght down and preserve the qaulity of the meat. The only trouble with feeding rabbit with fur on is when the dog is left in the boot with a few and he eats them. Me and another member off this site were out a couple of weeks ago and we left some bunnys in the car with a lurcher pup. By the time we came back she mustve eaten her wieght in rabbit !!! nope dont gut them in the field as a good night on the rabbits

i dont care how many breeds are in a dog if you use similar type dogs you will get similar type pups .... lurcher x lurcher bred by people that know what there doing will roughly know what the pups are going to turn out like

Worse start to a season yet , fields are flooded the times I've been out I've seen nothing or even seen other people lamping , it's that bad im thinking of just mainly mooching about this year

the collie x we have here will trot up to rabbits sometimes , one of the reasons i favour working my white dog instead
