  1. If you copy and paste the text you should be able to import the photos also but i'm not sure how its done. Have you tried right clicking and printing that way? Do you have someone close by that you can email it too that could print it for you? Failing that save it to disk or memory stick and take it into school maybe then at least she'd have the assignment for the teacher.
  2. I'm constantly getting comments about my dogs looking underweight from ill informed people who don't know the breed. When I had my new lad microchipped last week the vet commented on how well he looked. My bitch is only 8 and still has plenty of life in her yet i'm sure, i've known them to live to around 12/13 and sometimes older.
  3. I know of a litter near Newbury but i'm not sure if there are any left or not. The are all docked and from working lines not sure if they are KC registered or not but I think they are. PM me if you are interested and I can find out if they are any left, the littler was bred by my dad's oh.
  4. Wonderful Moll! You'll have to take a look at LL and remind yourself of Mr Bailey's antics with Tim... Hope Jazz's leg heals well though without problems.
  5. I feed Beta Greyhound or if I can get it Supa Greyhound racer. Although my greys don't race one of them can only tolerate these two.
  6. I have trouble keeping weight on my retired racer. It took a while and a few different foods but we've got it sorted now. For starters, as the others have said, use a different wormer. I made the mistake of using Dr Martins and it did nothing. I always use Drontal now. As for food, you might need to up the amounts. Do you just feed once a day? I have mine on 2 feeds a day, obviously morning and evening. I wanted to feed a raw diet but my grey has too sensitive a stomach for raw all the time unfortunately and it goes straight through her. However she does enjoy it from time to time.
  7. Maybe some training with a lunge line or something? I know people that have used them with Lurchers and had results but i'm a bit wary of them as I think they can do damage. Do you have some enclosed areas, riding schools and the like that you can hire and know she won't be able to go anywhere where you can do some work?
  8. Molly I always love seeing pics of your dogs! My latest is 15 months but going through all of the things young pups should as he came straight from kennels. I frequently want to kill him and am just waiting for him to grow out of it. I'm not sure my daughter can take too many more of her toys being eaten!
  9. The link wasn't responding when I tried to look at it but i've just got an adapter for my iPod from Halfords its a Belkin FM adaptor and its works by playing the iPod through the radio. I paid £19.99 for it and they were double the price in Currys. Works pretty well for me.
  10. Get iTunes downloaded first and add the music you want to it. Everything you want on your iPod should be ticked in the library menu in iTunes. When you connect the iPod to the usb iTunes should start automatically and sync the iPod. To eject you need to either eject it when it finishes transferring music or you can go to the menu on the left of the page where it shows your iPod is connected, click on that menu (it'll say ****'s iPod, depending on what your pc is named) and it'll give you the option to eject the device, looks like the eject button on a dvd player. Hope that helps a li
  11. Thats exactly why I didn't leave the dog I found with the police Molly. I gave them my details and the officer I spoke to was happy for me to deal with the dog, less paperwork for her she said. I gave my details to the dog warden too and as soon as the owner reported it she was able to ring me and it was a happy ending.
  12. I've just checked and she's not been online since she replied to my first message so hopefully she'll get back in touch soon.
  13. In that case is it any good if you report it to the police yourself? I've had no reply to the last PM I sent asking her to call you but will let you know as soon as I do. I really hope the woman is genuinely telling the truth as it bypasses every reason I help rescues if she isn't. I don't do this to separate genuine owners from their dogs, I do it to help dogs in need.
  14. The majority of the members on the site are anti hunting and do have a lot do do with rescue. I am a member so that I can keep up to date with rescue needs etc. The story I am being told is that the dog was reunited with its owner. As I said, the law prevents rehoming of a dog within a certain time once its been reported to the authorities. However I know that this is sometimes not adhered to. I'm hoping the woman in question is being straight with me but I have sent her another PM at SHOT's request so that he can be sure its not his dog.

My dad had the all clear to lift restrictions a few days ago. Being just over 30 miles from the restriction zone we are a high risk area and its not been an easy ride for english farmers either.
  16. I found a dog wandering recently, knocked on the doors in the surrounding area and no one knew who he belonged to, I took him to the police station and because I didn't like the thought of him being in thier kennels I said i'd keep hold of him while I tried to find his owner. He had no collar or markings and no chip. I contacted all the normal authorities and said I would keep the dog for a few days before handing him over to rescue. I was told that the dog is not allowed to be moved on for 30 days if it has been found straying. Luckily the owner contacted the police and dog warden and I r
  17. I bought the new iPod nano when I was obviously feeling hormanal had had to blow some money or something but fingers crossed i've had no problems with it so far. The iTunes software can be a bit slow I found but its been fine for what I use it for.
  18. 14 weeks old, docked, microchipped and fully vax'd. From working parents the only one of the litter left. £300 More pics to follow. Contact 07919871634 anytime or 07880830138 evenings.
  19. I've got a legacy and I love it! Its not cheap to run and the parts are expensive but that said its the most reliable of the cars i've had. I can fit 3 running dogs comfortably in the back with a dog guard but if the seats were down there would be a ton of room!
  20. Hope you ahve some good luck soon and he's back safe and sound!
  21. He's lovely! A friend of mine has a silver grizzle, lovely markings.
  22. Thats only what those judges said to me. One at Highclere game fair and one at a hunt terrier and Lurcher show. As I say I only entered for a bit of fun really I don't take showing seriously and I guess opinion varies from judge to judge.
  23. They are fantastic photos!
