    No, Jac, the vet CAN take you to court as you are not paying the FULL amount. The judge may take into account your offer to pay weekly but in no way is it the "loaw" that they have to accept. If what you were saying was true then no'one would ever pay any bills or mortgage or get get sued in the County Court. If you have offerd to pay in instalments then it wont even go to court so stop trying to worm out of it and admit you are wrong . are you a vet ?     take the dog to a normal vet and tell them you will have cash for them when you come back for the dog , go back pick up the dog hand them what you can aford if they try and get wide with you tell them that you are going to pay them but only what you can aford every week or fortnight . it is as easy as that mate they have to op on the dog due to the vets code of conduct and they have to except payment in instalments it is the law .

    intesive farming has naild it for hares and a lot of other wildlife , farmers used to get grants for beatle bank but i think all that has stopt now so they dont do it enymore , farmers are greedy b*****ds and dont give a shit about wild life unless it is going to make them money and that is fact .

    Why would a vet dock a lurcher ??? Ok i gave this guy a know a bull grey for nothing he has had it about two years and he kept it in the house along with his salukie grey and two terriers but come time he and his mrs must of got fed up with having all these dogs in the house , this man came into some money nothing big but enough to spent 5 grand on a kennel block but when he stuck these dogs into his fancie new kennels the bull grey and the salukie grey started to get knocks on there tails so being the good guy that he is he took the dogs to the vets , instead of the vet asking some commo

    go to the docs pretend you have had a sore throte for a week and say it is not going away you will get what you need .

    feed your dog like you would feed a wolf , and what ever you do stay away from tin food it has been known for killing dogs a bad tin and a dead dog . i also use makrel fillets in with the raw food but i blast them in the microwave for 2 mins first .
