    Back out today had some big moors to do . Had some great hunt s .put 3 foxes out shot 1 .

    Excellent 2 days with keepers..had 6 lamping ,then bolted 4 missed 1 shot 3 .both terriers done well.they are absolutely knackered like me .I took my youngest son .he was over moon .was lamping last night for head keeper ,driving quads today .??? The fox had just bolted I was to slow with photograph and then the gun ?

    100 % mate .hes uncle has gave him a lurcher to run .so all good .

    Back out today .me,my lad and a good mate. First spot produced a good size fox .but he runs for another day as my mate couldn't take the shot !! . 2nd spot produced another good fox.which was cleanly shot. 2 little bushers done well in this spot as it's a right big gorse patch .

    Had some very good hunting today .had 2 foxes out ,bout 15 rabbits .good for his young bitch .

    Pic of young brian and the black terrier was a young keepers .i was in port Glasgow for 3 days ,we had 2 foxes first day .but sadly the next day the black terrier was killed in action .

    Some old pic I came across while cleaning out cupboard .mikey was a sealyham russell dog .was a great little bushing dog .but failed earth dog .I gave it to a good mate .for bushing .

    He has a young bitch pup now mate ,7 months old .? losing other though has knocked him a bit .but hopefully he will get over it .

    Day was going good ,then a freak accident happened .my youngest boys dog has died in action .he is absolutely heart broken .RIP NETTLE .WAS A PLEASURE TO OWN AND WORK .

    RIP nettle ,one of the keenest lurcher bitches I have had the privilege to watch .my 15 year old boy who owned and worshipped the bitch is heart broken to say the least .

    I like a good mongrelized terrier mix for bushing .always have .I've had terriers with names attached that were shite bushing terriers, I had 3 sealyhams 20 years ago that would take some beating .sadly lost the lines with the last bitch been baron.ive tried teckles ,not for me I'm afraid .struggled with dry stone wall etc .dont get me wrong they could hunt .but just couldn't cut the terrain I hunt . Keeper mate who do work for had a teckle x beagle she was an exceptional hunting dog .just threw deaf ears on you even 10 ft away .
