After much though we have decided to line our bitch with our well bred hound x dog .he has an exceptional voice when on and will face all cover like the brian dog lines.unfortunatly brian isn't getting any younger and has just gone 9 .although very fit and has plenty of life left in him .there will be a time when he is finished. Hopefully the bitch takes and we have some young fresh blood .??

Brian on his first fox he bolted many moons ago .

Yea mate ,run him all the time with collar on when all the pack is together .if I'm out just rabbiting etc I dont . .but to be honest mate hes only a bolting dog .I can shout him out of big spots etc.yea mate he has a touch of beddy and vandeen in him

Put out today .some great hunting .one dropped in and was bolted after 1hour 45 mins .then the gun missed it 3 times .???? as you can see from photo brian isn't amused at all

Best day this season. Was actually a weekend .had 15 foxes out of cover and shot 12 .Sunday we bolted 3 and missed all the 3 lol.dogs done excellent on that day and it was a dream to be part of it .unfortunately now the head keeper and my father s have keeped the numbers down so not as many.there seem to be a fox in every patch .? again it was good old brian and his old side kick dumbo r.i.p .that was lead bushers .poor keepers spaniels didn't know what day it was lol .couple of good lads and good bushers.

Done 2 very big spots today. 1 produced 2 foxes .1 was shot .1 got away . 2nd spot produced another good fox that eventually dropped in a spot and will live another day . it did nothing but rain all day long .but enjoyed the crack.
