  1. The have a lower gain mode "Nature Mode" so this allows a hot heat signature contrast to be reduced right down.. So the in target image detail is good. There different units, obviously slightly cheaper... but I would say image if anything is probably slightly better than an equivalent Pulsar model..

  5. They all sold out within a week a couple of hundred NV007/NV008 units.
  6. Resolution over the pixel pitch, so 380 resolution 17 micron is better than 320 resolution 12 micron... then there's the lens size also which play a factor in it all ... 12 micron gives more magnification with smaller lens sizes which allows the reduced cost... The Axion models are very popular, probably because of there size, and price point. The Helion is still the flagship model... If you can splash out and money is no object the Helion 2 XP50 is good, if you don't want to spend as much the Helion XQ38F and XQ50F are good too....BUT if you just don't have the cash , the Axion will do
  7. Yes the rangefinder works day or night.
  8. Hello David I tested one in the field things I like The supplied IR will let you see out to 250yds plus and give illumination The unit has a huge field of view and the digital zoom is probably the best of all digital units and PIP The magnesium tube, is solid and I would definitely say you have minimal chance of POI change, as well as any mounting option you want using standard dovetail or weaver mounts. The unit is very well built. The recording is HD and sound recording. There are x3 scaleable reticules that let the unit act like a FFP scope and remain constant

  19. What was the issue you had Roye?
  20. Let's face is BC is very very similar on all the slugs, most of them have a hollow point design for expansion and are available in different weights. The H&N's are shooting well out of a lot of different rifles. The FX Michael Hossack slugs might have a deeper hollow point, but that also reduces BC slightly.. Would I shoot them yes, but a lot of sales will be for people who don't know any better or the FX loyals, the realistic cost will far out weigh the benefits over H&N... H&N all day long until JSB drop something to try as well.. The American manufactured slugs are far
