    Coming up 16months starting season of slow and steady and see how he goes and keep putting more work his way longer nights and more nights on the lamp

    Nearly mate just getting him fit on flat ground first then I'll start on the hills with him just going steady to start with been out a couple of times with him but he's had no more then 3 runs each time in no rush really and season only just started.

    I didn't have mine from a pup got him at 18months fast as lightening but recall wasn't there and to be fair he did what he wanted but put game in front of him and he was locked on

    Dog ran well but we blanked tonight saw a fair few but choosing the slips at the moment dog injury free however he did plow into my knee and took me right off my feet I'm 6,4 and 15 stone and I dropped like a sack of spuds and can't put much waight on my knee now but dog done alright few more trips and he will get the hang of the lamp I reckon

    I've been lucky so far I thought he'd broke his shoulder one day he ran into a tree but abit of rubbing and stretching he was off again within 5 mins but again my fault letting him go mad in woodland. I'm off out tonight on some new ground so see what that holds I'm told it's good some lads went with guns and had 23 bunnys in 2hours the farmer tells me but never know with them always get told there's loads on the ground and there never is

    He's just about getting into shape now got a few more farms on the list now so should be a good season. Fairly sure he stopped growing now he's settled at just over 24 perfect size for me and the ground I work. Your bitch is looking really good to bud hope the season is good and injury free

    Friend of mine has a foxhound x a hienz57 lurcher bloody grate dog stands around 26tts he's a heavy build but Christ he can shift. I've told him that if he breeds him with his other bitch I'd like a pup from them both very good workers

    Mine will retrieve tennis balls rabbit skin dummy all the time every time. He's only had a couple of real bunnys but he will catch them and just stand over it I don't mind that to be honest as my old bullx is have to chase after him before he ate it so I'm happy for him to stand over it and wait for me. Plus the fields I go arnt that big so not much walking to get it
