    My mate gets dogs off death row at the pound, the ones dickheads like you throw away, and takes them hunting. He catches more pigs than most. He's not a big noting wanker, he's a dogman.

    I agree, it is all about the intensions or vibes you put out and the trust the dog has in you instead of being a loud mouth with an ego problem, trying to impress mates. The same people shoot promising young dogs that would have been great workers with a decent owner. They call the dogs "shit" when it's really something lacking in their own personality.

    If your dogs are any good they don't need direction or egging on. First hunting rule I learnt was shut the f**k up and let the dogs do their thing. I doubt yelling at them would distract them but there is just no need for it.
