  1. Fired catfish and shrimp jambalaya fries and some blueberry muffins
  2. Side note buddy said I should post my rental here, apparently these are kinda popular over there. The Hyundai they got me stared acting weird so had to return it and it was the only thing they had that was fuel efficient. Nice car ,little high end for me though, but made the 8hr drive up here pretty comfortable honestly never even heard a Alfa Romeo
  3. On the Ohio right now , actually brought some fishing stuff this time ?....well I couple spools of mono and some hookes but hand lining should be fun lol
  4. Here we go again, was starting to get sick of being at the house lol. See if we can do two months this time
  5. HAY ! we don't catch a car if fire like those idiots.....this time.. ??
  6. Well that's wasn't supposed to work but cast bullets are weird so figured why not ? Found out my little H&R .22 hornet LOVES lower velocity cast bullets compared to jacketed. Y'all probably remember my posts a while back where this thing wouldn't keep 5rd smaller then 1.5" 1.2 was like that smallest I've gotten with 1.5-2.5" being the norm@50yd with factory jacketed ammo. And for the $39.99 per 50rs they want locally it just want worth it to me Common consensus is : .22 Hornet = slow twist barrel = need to use light bullets. Well the lee 55gr RF was the lightest cast bullet
  7. Just more proof that men are better then women ??
  8. Thought 30mm tubes where a little bright but these 34mm's ?
  9. Just out of curiosity, for people keeping chickens over there in the UK , are chicken tractors popular or even a thing ? Was discussing this design for my new build ( usually build hoop styles but with the cost of metal and got curious about building one out of wood and A frames seem the easiest) Btw for thos who don't know chick tractors after basically just portable enclosures commonly used by people with small properties and alternative agriculture types. You just pick them up and move them every few days so they get fresh grass and stuff. Loved mine because I don't have a stinking ch
  10. We actually move way more freight more efficiently and right now we're pushing 12 barges so you can do the math ?
  11. But drink a lot of water and stay acclimated, I e don't just stay in the A/C 24/7. You do that and heat this heat it'll send you into shock. O and monitor your piss, seriously we even have this on all the toilets
  12. Had to convert that to freedom units lol. But shoot 68is still jacket weather for the most part for me lol
  13. And everyone said they really liked it. Thought it was pretty half assed but either they where half starved ,they have no taste buds or I'm a decent cook. Idk lol. All o know there as this much left after three minutes ? Any way fined crew change got our two rigged up and up river we went Leaving baton rouge, an funny enough I'm only like an hours or so from my house ? Check out this old paddle boat. That's a a modern tow boat on the lower right Tug boat Crane barge
  14. Next day the mate had taken out 10lbs of ground beef and since we where doing crew change he asked me to make something for lunch . Welp 10lbs of found beef decided to double up. Half went to tacos and the other went to a half assed lasagna I made with some left over spaghetti sauce I made two days before
  15. Wonder what this little contraption is ? Not the best picture but this is pretty cool to watch. Basically the boat will catch one head like at the top of the bargers and use it to pivot them in the river and mate them up almost PERFECTLY Their playing Tetris with these. Remember in class we spent two weeks working on a fleet boat in Houston and seemed 7/10 times the barge we need to pull out would be at the very back of the teir so we'd have to pull out 5 to get one ? While they where getting our two ready we had to go to shore real quick to get some supplies a
  16. Next two days where pretty quiet, just sitting around in the grave yard waiting. Had a wood duck and her ducklings floating around us. Surprised one of the car didn't snatch a duckling honestly And for thkse curious this is how I set up my work vest. Pretty similar to how I set up my body armor in the army actually..just this doesn't weight 35lbs ? also it's more of a body recovery device more then a life preserver lol. Girlfriend is always asking " you wearing your body finder ? " ? But yeah water activated rescue light, whistle, I added a mag pouch to hold various stuff. Main
