  1. So your telling me I've got dogs for the wrong reasons for the simple fact I'd want the pick of the litter when they're using my dog, which they've asked to use ? At the end of the day the only reason dogs around me or dogs I've known to studded would be for the studs owner to have a pup and bring on himself, they're only asking for 1 pup that LOOKS the best at 8 weeks not the best worker, I wish I could pick the best worker out at 8 weeks old but we all know that ain't going to happen, if you want to use the stud you'll accept what agreement is put forward if not find another
  2. Not picking but how many times would you stud the dog out?? If it was myself studding the dog I'd wait atleast 2-3 years to see how the first litter went and only when there's a good percentage of the litter performing would I stud it again, your dog may be good at its job but if hes throwing shit that'll stick with you no matter what dog you use
  3. I was always led to believe no money should change hands and the Sires owner gets the pick of the litter
  4. So has van Gaal and yes mourihno won cups everywhere it's his man management skills at times that let him down, it only takes an established player to revolt and like sheep they'll follow no matter what age they are, Chelsea were an exceptional team when they won the league little hazard spat his dummy Chelsea were in free fall because he couldn't handle it, he's no fergie and will never be just look at the incidents that happened under his watch, he survived the players didn't meanwhile Jose lost the Madrid dressing room he went players stayed and vice versa at Chelsea, you've had 3 manager
  5. Jose has a knack of losing the dressing room just like Madrid and Chelsea he's ok for 2 yrs but as soon as he has major decisions to make ie dropping players or dealing with Mardarse trouble makers his head goes, be interesting to see how he goes about handling Rooney and his mood swings, how he handles the attention de gea recieves after the euros and the fans when they do hit a real Baron run, United may still have the financial clout but there team atm is standard at best, he'll be nèding 100 million plus in transfers which will lead to a chairman expecting success
  6. They can be a right pain in the arse, I have found super glue does the job after a good clean with salt water, some dogs heal quicker than others though so don't rush it or else it'll keep splitting, I didn't even walk mine for a week or 2 just to make sure it was healed just took him to the garden for him to piss and shit on the lead, it might be me being over cautious but you can't guarantee they arent going to stand on something that might cause it to split back open especially at the early stages when it's knitting together
  7. Yes Paulnix I think he will end up a 6 - he should make 6'2 or 6'3 and got a good frame so could carry 15 stone but even in local rugby thats not a big second row. and yes he is over the ball a lot and slows ball down and doesn't mind the nitty gritty side of it. 6 or 7 would be a good place to start but I wouldn't rule out playing in the centres if hes got abit of speed, the lads hell come up against in the backs it should be more of a level playing fieldHes very one paced for a threequarter and gets drawn naturally to the ball so hes definitely a forward. Tbh I think your lad will be fine

  10. Technique is just as important imo, what position does your lad play ?
  11. Imo it all depends on what shape and fitness whyte is in after the shoulder surgery, he hasn't boxed since Joshua and hughie been fighting quite regular, ring rust could have a major part to play in this 1, fair play to him if it's confirmed alot of other fighter would have had 2 or 3 no hopers chucked at him to get him ready
  12. What was the initial weight? Fish im talking about gained a lb in a week! 15.4lb first time out. Either that or I should invest in some higher quality scales/sling. Carp will easily put a lb on in a week this time of year, either by eating or carrying spawn
  13. 16lb would be my choice for 20lb plus carp, imo the line has to be balanced with the rod, too light of a line on a heavy rod results in hooks pulls and line breaks same with light rod heavy line except it's not the line that breaks it's the rod, the line stretch and the compression you get in the rod have to match or something breaks hope that helps
  14. Depending on the TC of your rod if it's 2.75 I'd be using 12 lb 3lb TC and above I'd be using 15lb plus
