so many people using public trackers spot on with the rest though, limewire's a big no no, frostwires pretty good torrents are great if you stick with private trackers, im sure you'll find a private torrent site to suit the styles & genres you like, quick google search should throw a few up, if you do use torrents use utorrent and make sure protocol encrytption is enabled, lot less chance of getting caught
