  1. Yes DOVEY182009, Wendy is going to be doing one for you, she was telling me. Her work is far better than the photos show on the poster, and i really think if the right people can see her work, she will be quite famous some day and her work quite collectable. I wish her well for the future.
  2. My friend has been doing animal art etc for a little time, but amazing talent. She is trying to do it as a living. Just an everyday working mother. So i'm trying to get her work noticed. I persuaded her to get a web page made, so have a look and see what you think. Please cross-post if you can for her. Thanks http://www.nosesandposes.webeden.co.uk/#
  3. if there was a best fly for trout, there would be only the one. Keep the fly in the water as much as possible. A black beetle is always a good one, but do one with one turn of silver under the arse representing the air bubble, most beetles ( pattern ) dont have that, and it makes a big difference. Gold Ribbed Hares Ear anywhere. Cats whisker anywhere. Most olive nymphs. Got all my gear ready now and just doing some flies right now.
  4. Fantastic photos Kay. She is a lovely animal.

  12. Hi Fox Digger Pre-ban they would be fine on ANYTHING, but the bitches may struggle a little on Roe, because of the bitches size at 22 to 23 inches. Good to see you on here pal.
  13. pipa,- all the bitches are 22 to 23 inches and both the dogs are 25 1/2 inches. Stuntman yes on toothed game.
  14. Thats the same sort of cross in your other thread, i was telling you of with photos.

  16. Don't get a true Irish worker, as a pet, it may not work out ok. Look at this, or this contact for info on pups. Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier Club of Great Britain Rescue Mrs J A Creswick (Hon Secretary), Morpeth, Northumberland. Tel: 01670 512832
  17. Pat with Flynn, the sire Maegan, (mine) the Dam,- with Rabbit, and also at a show,- did ok. One of the best dogs of this type of breeding is Chartpolskis bitch, Delta. Everyone has their likes and dislikes, but i liked the type i had in Maegan. Speed was never a problem, and i wanted the same "type" with perhaps a bit more grit, and hopefully better nose. All turned out perfect. Nose and hunting instinct is amazing. I was very pleased indeed with he outcome of these dogs. Sorry they are the same photos as previous, but i don't really have many photos.

  20. I think they are "cracking" pups and great breeding. Well done MLB
