    Cracking looking dogs skycat really like the look of the brindle one. Had my saluki type out the day aswell ferreting and he was ok mainly holding them in the nets till i got there to dispatch them , then he ran and did a lap of honour lol.

    Definatley separate them and get him frontlined . The jill sounds like she could have the cold ferrets can be susceptable to human cold and she will need antibiotics something like baytril. M jill has twice caught the cold off me and even with minimal contact with her she was well bad 2 days on the antibiotics and she was bouncing. If you got a good vets near you mate get her there pronto ferrets are either fighting fit or there dead no middle ground. And report the arsehole who you got them off people like that should be banned from having animals FV

    Best shot for me was a big rabbit sat out on freshly ploughed field faceing into a breeze and i was side on to it . gun zeroed at 30 paces and like you zini no mil dots to help gave it a couple of inches above its ear and slightly to the left to compensate the breeze which was blowing a bit harder by then . To make matters worse i was lying in the furrow uncomfy as hell sqeezed the trigger bang it was down. Got up and paced it out 52 paces and bang in the noggin i will never know if it was good judgement or pure fluke but i prefer to go with good shot lol FV

    Cheers shaun and yes it is bloody good ground lol . As for the purse nets set like that it varys sometimes its like that as the one says each hole dictates so use different methods . Set them like that as it was a huge mound 150 plus holes and you can lie sum flat like that as the rabbits tend to bolt like rockets . In this game your allways learning happy hunting bud atb FV

    Saturday morning and it was the start of two days on the rabbits doing some awkward setts along the river and a bit hedgrow work. very peacefull along the river Started to shift the rabbits with some bolting and ending in the long nets and the odd 1 reluctant to leave there underground sanctuary. Cleared a few out of these tricky setts By 2pm it was very hot so we called it a day with 30 clean rabbits in the bag only 28 in the picture as a passing woman asked if she could have 2 for her tea . Sunday we were back to do some more

    At the end of the day its a hunting site were not forcing people to look its there choice to choose what they look at and its for them to make there own conclusions.

    Greyhound ferrets were not small.Magwitch has at least one that I have seen on his posts that is very greyhound type but much too small or it may be that he has a very long collar strap. johnmac666 you have very nice white ferrets which I'm sure are good workers but in my opinion are not Greyhound types.
